The tours were followed, as in autumn last year, by the event "Reviving forgotten and disappearing crafts", where traditional crafts, unknown to many, were presented to the visitors using direct demonstrations of their activities and production. This time, we have revived the crafts showcase with letterpress painting. The letterpress artist showed visitors how records were kept in earlier times, for example, brewery brew sheets. Interested visitors could then try out different writing instruments and styles of writing for themselves, according to the patterns presented. The letterpress was followed by a bookbinder who not only demonstrated the actual binding of books, but also introduced the attendees to the process of handmade paper of various types. This event was also met with great interest and showed the possibilities of further expanding the range of crafts that are no longer common nowadays, have lost their primary importance and are maintained more on an amateur and hobby level. The carriers and continuators of these traditions are all the more appreciated, which was also reflected in the interest shown by people who visited the premises of the Dalešice Brewery on this day.
